I'm Ready for a New Me!
It's tough to start something new. We want to start exercising, but sometimes there's that little voice inside that keeps us from jumping in and taking charge. 'What if I fail?', 'What if I can't live up to my expectations or my trainer's expectations?', 'What if...?' You get the point. These are all valid questions and nobody should judge you by them.
These questions, however, are the hurdles standing between you and your goal. Good trainers are out there to help you and want you to succeed. Curb those questions and have trust in yourself that your best is good enough to get started and you will continue to get better. If anything, send me an email with your questions and/or concerns and let's talk it out. Even if we don't end up training together, I'd rather see you set off on your journey than wandering through the empty halls of uncertainty. There's a contact button up at the top there...see it? Go ahead and click it...good things will happen.
