TAIJI & Qigong for Health and Longevity
Improve your health and lengthen life with the fundamental movements and breathing exercises found in QiGong and Taijiquan. These slow, controlled movements will improve every aspect of your life including balance, efficiency of motion, and even the reduction of stress. While Taijiquan is generally slow moving, each set of movements contains martial application which can be used in self-defense when the speed of the movement is increased. This combative aspect will be explained in session, however the choice to practice this aspect will be left up to the client as it is optional. Call or email for pricing.
