Every program is tailored to fit your individual needs and fitness level. As your fitness level increases, your programs change with it to keep your body challenged. This leads to fat loss, lean muscle gain, increased cardiovascular response and endurance, as well as a number of other benefits such as improved sleep, healthier skin, and being envied and adored by millions (ok, maybe not millions, but people will notice). Below, you will find types of training you have access to in our time together.

*Please note that the Martial Arts aspect is completely optional. Most people find it a lot of fun, however!

Martial Body Fitness
What is Martial Body Fitness(sm) and why do I utilize it? M.B.F. is a highly efficient way to condition the human body. Most people never get to experience the physical and mental benefits of the Martial Arts for fear of injury in the dojo setting. This is a shame because the fitness levels that can be achieved through the Martial Arts are superior to most forms of exercise under the right instructors. M.B.F. takes the best parts of the dojo and places them in a familiar setting: Your home (on nice days we can even play outside!).
If you want to shed fat and shred muscle, this is the way to do it! With the way I present this conditioning, there's no belt system or fighting with another individual. The most effective movements and exercises are taken straight out of the dojo and integrated with traditional exercise. It's pure core, strength, endurance, and power training.
Your body will be transformed both internally and externally in ways that are not as easily attainable through traditional exercise alone. M.B.F. can be woven into the fabric of your program, or we can devote entire routines to it if that's your preference (swords not included...I know, sad face).
While Martial Arts conditioning is at the heart of NuMi Fitness, and one of the main reasons NuMi exists, more traditional exercise routines are offered as well. You could even do a mixture of both if you desire. Whatever your choice, you will be transformed. Though it's not necessary, I encourage you to take advantage of M.B.F. Who knows? You may even like it, and if you do, I can certainly point you in the direction of an excellent dojo to help you continue that part of your journey.
