The Beast of Burden (advanced combo)

This is an advanced combo move that can be performed repeatedly as it brings you back full circle. Its aim is to target most of the main muscle groups and core. It uses one light and one medium weight set, but one should be careful in choosing which weights are best suited for one's ability level. Always take care in keeping your joints in proper alignment (especially the knees and spine).

Before you begin, place two light weights on the floor about shoulder width apart, then two medium weights below them a bit wider than shoulder width as shown here.
